You are free to create an account and events as an individual or organisation under the following event promotion policy.
Minimum age
You must be a minimum of 18 years of age to submit an event.
Account membership
Events in Newcastle reserve the right to refuse an account/membership without explanation for our decision.
Breach of any element of the Terms of Use of this website can lead to your account being deleted and subsequent attempts to create a new account being denied.
Geographic location
Events must be in the regions covered by the NE postcode prefix. Events from outside of this postal region will not be published.
Event moderation
All events published on www.events-in-newcastle.co.uk are subject to moderation before they appear on our website.
The Editors decision as to whether or not to allow your event to appear is final and we do not enter into discussion over prohibited listings. No communication will be engaged in other than to inform you that your event submission has not been approved.
Events submitted for publication that promote any illegal activity under English Law will not be approved. If we approve an event for publication and are subsequently advised that it breaches English Law we reserve the right to withdraw the event listing without notice.
Event submissions that contain numerous grammatical or spelling errors will not be approved.
Event submissions most not contain language or images that may cause offence to visitors. This can include expletives or images deemed inappropriate by Events in Newcastle for our general audience.
If you are a retailer or business and wish to publish details of a ‘Sale’, please note that your submission will NOT be published. We monitor submissions carefully and any attempt to abuse Events in Newcastle for the purposes of sales promotions without the existence of an ‘Event’ is prohibited.
Organisers permission

If we receive any complaint that your event listing uses images that are in breach of copyright we reserve the right to remove your complete listing without further notice.
