Proper bread should be made from just flour, water, yeast and salt - and nothing else! Our bread-making courses follow this ethos using locally-milled stone ground flours to produce wonderfully delicious and nutritious bread. They take place in our new Workshop facility and are relaxed, informative and fun.
By the end of day you’ll have produced a number of breads, both savoury and sweet, to eat or take home together with recipe cards for your own home bread making. All dough is hand-kneaded and aprons are provided though it’s best to dress casually and comfortably as bread-making can be a messy activity!
